Some people have lots of money and little time.

Some people have lots of time and little money.

Take a page from Rift. Let people with lots of money buy conversion items they can trade to people with lots of time for mats, gold, friendship, etc. That way people with little time get all the benefits and people with little money have more opportunities to get some of these "limited time only" Crown shakes, and ZOS cashes in on all of it.

Hodor.

Yeah, that's basically what rex was in Rift.
