It really ticks me off how the game is called "Tamriel Unllimited yet over half the map is unavailable to us. I really wanted to see Elsweyr but all we got was a tiny island and a north west corner

Except for that one being released in the next patch... and Wrothgar which was announced long ago and is already planned as the major update after the imperial city, and the other zone in Black marsh which will probably be after that.
You can read all about these on the news page. But no, no more zones, ever.0 -

It is called unlimited because you do have to pay for the subscription anymore. Meaning you are not limited to your playing time because before if you stop paying for the sub you could not play the game at all. Since they did this now any substantial new content you have to pay for since you do not have to pay the subscription.0 -
