People not using one or more of these bugs to their advantage equates to a very small minority. It's an issue with ZOS' poor policing of the game and their failure to appropriately react to these kind of issues. I dont blame people for using it. I don't care and would use it too on a stambuild. But you must be living in a cave to claim you didn't know about sharpened mace bug.

That was before everyone started talking about it and 100 forum threads were opened on the subject. Everyone who PvPs with any regularity above level "complete casual" or belongs to a PvP guild already knows about it. It's not exclusive to testers and theorycrafters.
The guys who don't, are probably those who play a few hours per week with completely random / subpar builds and (no offense meant, just stating facts) are therefore of 0 threat to anybody who has been playing the game with any consistency anyway.
