Strange light after each kill

Hello, I recently became a vampire and began noticing a strange swirl of light around my character (kinda reminds me of collecting souls in Dark Souls after a kill). However, I cant figure out what is causing this? Is it just the fact that I am a vampire now? I'm on PS4, so info regarding buffs/status effects is very limited and I cant find anything causing this light.
If anyone knows what I am talking about, a simple explanation would be very much appreciated

    You're character contracted aids. That's why it's doing it.

    I have the passive for the soul magic tree but no i dont use the active ability.
    The light is after every kill its like a white swirl of light on my character.

    If you have the passive "Soul Lock", it could be that, but it shouldn't so frequent as in after every kill, with only a 10% chance. I know there are weapon skill passives that return magicka/stamina based on a kill. Check the passives you have and I'm certain you'll figure it out.

    Maybe just a glitch. I had one yesterday where I was using a resto but also had a magic glowing sword in my other hand. Not a real one, obviously, but a glowy one. Kinda cool.
