I'll reiterate the same thing I said in the destiny forums. There should be an effective lfg in game. We should not have to depend on outside sources for this. Though ZOS doesn't seem to be doing much about it. An ESO lfg site would be nice.

You sir have been miss-informed. Mr Lambert himself has /lurked and recognised change needs to take place and that it is genuinely being looked in to.

Finding a "functional" group isn't as simple as combining all close level levels. If people don't know how to effectively perform their role, you will still have issues. By fulfilling their role I don't mean Max DPS or max healing. I mean someone doing the things they should be doing, not standing in AOE's, blocking, dpsing. This game isn't designed for people to just stand in one spot.
People also rely on healers way to much in this game. They stand in the AOE"s screaming "HEAL!".....
I need to start yelling back "GET OUTA THE AOE AND YOU WON'T NEED A HEAL!"....

Seems a best practice to meet a few ppl you actually like playing with and journey with them
Basically a circle of 10-30 ppl should cover it but ppl play at diff times so the grouping tools added successful functionality would be a plus. Pugs aren't bad unless unrealistic expectations are applied.
Just have fun and communicate...sometimes ppl will need to be replaced
Grouping tools is lacking tho overall now. Not sure what changes are messing it up but any dungeon (solo) seems to be the only success on Xbox.
I know on PC ppl refuse to use it in masses so that's another topic
Yeeessshh
