    It's intended to read that way ... As in Ali G saying "is it cos I is black" but I guess the reference would be lost on people not from the UK and under a certain age.

    Nothing to do with being black, you are obviously not part of the tribe, if you rolled a black skinned redguard you will still not be part of the tribe. Get over it.

    Why is Ali G a UK reference? It originated there, sure, but it was on HBO for 2 years.

    Granted I doubt it's big enough for it to be recognized on an ESO forum without some lead up. Trying using a meme next time.
