Nightblade - Shadowy Disguise or Dark cloak?

Hey, I've recently re-joined ESO, started a new character. I'm wondering if shadowy disguise or dark cloak would be better, for nightblade?

For PVP can't beat Dark Cloak purge.

You want to clear dots, Dark Cloak FTW.
Dots would pull you out of cloak

Take into effect your build. Disguise if you want to foucs on damage. Cloak if you want to escape easily.

Also..... IF you already have a high crit chance than Disquise isnt really benefitting you that much.
