I'm having these lag spikes a lot during the last few days, too. Not sure why, but it's definitely not my connection.

One time I see an enemy infront of me while I'm waiting for my Uppercut to proceed, the next moment he's behind me and I didn't hit at all (odd that the animation still starts sometimes, but often it doesn't).
Also when I want to use other skills, they often don't even start to proceed although there's no obvious reason not to (enemy infront of me, I should be able to hit, right?), so my character just stands there looking around instead of attacking, because the enemy is apparently not anymore where I see him. (Btw, this is NOT related to this certain Templar-skills-not-working bug which also happens without any lag. And the current character I'm playing is a NB.)
Stuff like this happens way too often nowadays.

The other thing I've noticed that looks odd during combat is that the enemies often (REALLY often now) run away backwards and then slide over the ground towards me lying on their backs and are still attacking without the animation. Not sure if this is related to any kind of lag, but this happens during the last days as well, along with the obvious lag.

I'm on PC/NA btw, if this matters.

I noticed lag and more issues than usual since the recent maintenance as well.
