Hey,

So when i attempt to send mail to other players, whether it has attachments or not i always get an error Message saying something along the lines of 'There is no player with that name'

Now before you ask, I have tried using the persons Gamertag and there character name.

ZOS please fix this issue

Go to the social menu, friends list, guild, maybe group? Any of those and view their gamer card through the ESO in game interface. Once the gamer card pops up back out. Then try to send them mail. This works pretty well but has to be done each time you log back in. Once you view the gamer card you can send messages successfully for as long as you are online during that session. Once you log out and back in though you have to view their gamer card again.

This is really annoying, they need to fix the mailing system. Perhaps consult with USPS...
