When will these problems be fixed?

This is getting really old. Let me explain my last 3.5 hours of attempted gameplay.

I've been dropped three times and the game has crashed twice. This doesn't include when I had to close the game out completely because I couldn't draw a weapon, use an ability, or otherwise do anything besides walk and drink potions. That particular gem lasted maybe 4 minutes before I closed it out. I've been killed three times in pvp because I was glitches and couldn't move/draw a weapon. I was killed once suddenly without any indication of being hit, turns out I was hit by at least 6 different attacks. I was in the middle of selecting a consumable from the wheel in the middle of a seige when ESO put me into a Cyrodiil loading screen for about a minute. I feared I was to be kicked out, but instead I loaded back into the same spot and I couldn't do anything but move the wheel around and watch helplessly as I was eventually chopped down.

Are we really supposed to think this is acceptable? I don't think I can go at least 10 minutes of gameplay without some sort of minor hiccup or lag or inability to cast something briefly. My internet is fine. I repeat, my internet is fine. My PS4 is fine. The game is broken. Instead of offering me preorders, can I get solutions?

    Some people have said deleting the save file and re downloading it helped. I've had no luck so far. My problems haven't been as extreme as yours, I can't keep my character logged in for more than 15 minutes if I'm lucky. Constantly dieting from disconnecting in a fight. Good luck, I'll keep checking this post for another solution.

    I tried that once because I heard it was a temporary solution for the UI errors. It stopped then came back again. The latest patch made everything so much worse for me. I want to love this game, but this is seriously ridiculous.

    What kind of network/router are you using? Do you have Upnp on? Are the ESO ports opened on your firewall?

    I remember a post about a specific ISP where the problem was in the router they provided and the only solution was to get your own router and put their router into bridge mode. I think and don't quote me - I was an ISP taht started with a V - I think.

    Yes, I know your connection might work with other games but some games are sensitive to port issues behind firewalls.

    I am on the PS4 NA Server and I don't have the same problems as you are having. I do have issues but they are minor compared to yours.

    I use comcast/xfinity and you're right, I've never had issues like this for my PS4, BUT I've also only had most of these issues since the last patch came out. Today might have been the perfect storm or something, but I've done everything I can on my end with opening networks and such.
