Question regarding low level solvents

Since I am veteran level and never leveled up alchemy, where do I find low level solvents in order to do so?

I would think you could get it from your starter area? If not, guild traders or maybe even a few players in your guild? OR, start an alt and just stash the water in your shareable bank.

Each zone will have a solvent - just "gather" it from springs

There are sources of "pure water" that can be found in bodies of water (rivers, lakes, ocean, swamps). Also, you will find the odd "water skin" in various camps, towers, towns, and delves.
