Strange error that is making the game unplayable

So I was just questing along and during the " A Goblin's Affection" quest I had just killed the chieftan and this error box pops up on my screen and says "press x to dismiss".. well.. Pressing X does now dismiss it and I'm unable to do anything because of the giant error box.. Tried logging out and back in and still have the error box pop up after a few seconds.

Well, i'd say the obvious fix would be to either update or remove the ESOUI/player progress bar addon.

Whoops didnt noticve you were on Ps4 silly me!

A file might be corrupt, is there a way to force a repair on the PS4? That might work

Hi there, @Televisedfool (great name!). Deleting your local save data should resolve the issue. To delete save data on PlayStation 4:

From the PlayStation Dynamic Menu, navigate to Settings
Go to System Storage Management
In Application Saved Data, select The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited
Press the [Options] button of the controller on the ESO Save Data
Select Delete

worth mentioning since zos tristan didn't mention it.

deleting your save file on ESO will not do anything to you. it's just your game settings, you will be asked what server you wantto play on and to resize your screen. I think your zoom in game will be changed too but that is no big deal to change.

your character and such will be there waiting.
