Where can I find a write up on dual wield mechanics?

As the title suggests, I'd like to understand how dual wield mechanics work with a character. Some questions include:

1) If I have 2 weapons, and one does 300 damage and the other does 100 damage, do I do 200 damage per swing? Or 300 damage on the first swing and 100 damage on the second swing?

2) If I have 2 different weapon enchantments, do they alternate between swings? Likewise for weapon traits?

3) Do Dual Wield skills use only the main hand weapon to calculate damage, trait effects, etc?

    1) you carry 2 weapons, each has it's own damage. If you hit the enemy with one swing you'll only do the damage of the sword you hit the enemy with. If you however do a heavy attack, you'll hit the enemy with both sword in two hits close after each other. So to say: first 300 damage and then 100 damage if the damage numbers where like that (or if both hit same amount then it's just a double hit practically)

    2) depends on with what sword you hit your enemy with, so if you hit the enemy with both your weapons the enemy will have the effect of both enchantments (unless it's the same enchantment, they do not stack). Traits just stack, they also do not need you to hit an enemy, it's just something that's constantly active.

    3) dual wield skills scale of your total stamina, weapon damage, weapon crit, physical penetration, ... it does not depend on one sword more than the other. The bonuses from both weapons stack, and the total amount of stats stacked together will scale the dual wield skills.
