✭✭✭✭Likewise here. We both have a duty to the Queen, and leaving around an artifact that lets the wearer control two thirds of the Dominion, two thirds of the Covenant, and a third of the Ebonheart Pact just by using it seemed...unwise.
I do get a little frustrated with the NPCs in other quests who won't let my character take their heroic sacrifice away from them and do it myself. It's almost like they don't realize my character is immortal...

I know, I really struggled with the answer. I would have been more likely to sacrifice him, if we didn't discuss all of our previous adventures together!0
