I LOVE playing ESO: The Loading Screen!

I was running with a group thru Blessed Crucible when my client crashed. I logged back in and tried rejoining my group. No luck. They had moved to the next area and every time I try to go thru the door to get to them the game hangs on the loading screen. I've spent more than 15 minutes trying to get to them and they can't finish the fight without DPS.

Effing BRILLIANT coding, ZOS. Effing brilliant.

This was on PC, I thought that was obvious when I said "My client crashed..." but perhaps console players use that term as well, my bad. And I'm in NA but you might've already guessed that with the attitude. So NA PC can experience infinite loading screens. I guess it's a great step forward for equality between the platforms. Now they all can suck.

Finally got thru on the 7th damn try. We killed the Lava Queen. What a royal pain in the backside.

LOL, and now I can't get out of the dungeon. Trying to enter Stonefalls hangs on.. wait for it! THE LOADING SCREEN!

It has been my problem the whole week-end.

I have had numerous disconnects, and trying to come back, it was super hard to even get to the character selection screen. Saturday night was the worst, I couldn't change areas without disconnecting at least once.

Disconnecting happens, I know. Many reasons can do that. I've been disconnected in the past, but then I came back and everything was fine. But since friday, it's unbearable.

I know for sure that it has nothing to do with my internet connection or my PS4. When it happend, I tried starting netflix on the PS4. Everything was HD in seconds. I did a speed test connection, 38 mbps download 4.8 mbps upload. This is more than enough to play an mmorpg, run netflix in HD and download a game on another console at the same time. But even with ONLY eso sucking my connection saturday night, itwas impossible to change zone without having the game say "check your internet connection".

I've tried to do dungeons as well, but i took a loading screen to the knee.

What platform is this? PC/PS4/XB1?

I've had similiar problems on PS4 but only a few times. I restart the game and I'm good to go.

Anytime the load screen takes more than like 10-15 seconds, I quickly close app and get back in.

It's the only quick solution I find. For some reason, in Cyrodiil, I tend to disconnect before and after big fights, lol. Which in a sense of disconnecting at certain times, is okay by me. lol

If you're on console that is.

Infinite Loading screen is ridicolous thing. And in no case players are in blame of it.
Its too wide spread to be players problem. There are already jokes going around about it, Infinite Loading Screen, the ultimate boss that will wreck people with 3600CP.
Unkillable monster.

Yesterday, on PTS. Loading game for first time to be spawned in grathwood. Infinite screen. Shut down game after 1 min of waiting. Next try ok. Porting to cyrio. Again infinite. Got there, cool. Traveling to dungeon, entering it, infinite. Alt+F4 game. Again, infinite, Alt+f4. Works. 2 minutes of game 5 minutes of loading screen.

Yesterday on LIVE game.
Porting from craglorn to greathwood. Infinite. ALT+F4. Porting to Elden Hollow. Suprise everything works as intended.... No wait, as i walk along the corridor and i decide to jump down of one of the waterfalls, suddenly i get a loading screen in middle of dungeon.

Out of nowhere. In middle of damn dungeon. Of course its infinite. Alt+F4. Another infinite while loading game, ALT+F4.

People say you can get a loading screen out of nowhere when you just start attacking dungeon boss. They had perfect no death runs ruined like that.
