Seriously... Come on.. this is an absolute joke and they are just slapping the NA players in the face... They fixed the EU server (shows which server they care about more) ... They tell us to do all this troubleshooting, which we did, tell us to submit tickets, most did, Answered all questions with the information they asked for.....
BUT has ZOS done anything for the NA server or People?? NO they havent...
They have not rebooted their server to be sure all services load and communicate properly.. yet EU was fixed...
If it takes this long to "investigate the issue" then Im sorry you have the wrong people in tech support and working/servicing the server.....
First step with this many complaint nationwide with same issue - is what.. REBOOT your server and check services as they load!!!!
Hey, check your files too -- NEVER add an update, fix or do maintenance on a server when it is online with players on it -- thats the best way to get corrupted files!!
Maybe - since we have ALL done as ZOS asked, They need to follow their own advice!!!!
