Some kind of customer support would be helpful game crashes

My game started crashing on friday it sometimes lets me log in but as soon as I try to switch zones I get kicked. Then it will not let me log back in it gives the the message "unable to connect to servers, please make sure you have a valid internet connection. I have made sure all of the appropriate ports are open on my router. It only happens when I play on the north american server I made a character on the european server to test it out and it works perfectly fine, every time. Ive emailed the tech support and got that response from "derek", Who is either a robot or cannot read. I attached the file below, which is a screenshot of the response I was given. I clearly gave my character name (Billy Blanks) and my console (xbox one) right in the first line of my complaint. Nothing has changed I still cannot access the gam, and have yet to recieve any quality customer assistance. Any helpwith this would be extremely appreciated as long as it doesnt require me to talk to another robot.

    I'm getting random crashes the past few weeks as well, and wasn't having the slightest amount of trouble before.
