btw why consoles didnt support addons?

Because it would mean that unverified program code (LUA script code) would be downloaded and run on the consoles. Neither Microsoft nor Sony are willing to make that happen, and for good reasons. PC and Mac are different beasts, and users of regular computers run code downloaded from the Internet all the time, but the consoles are heavily focused on control and security, putting severe restrictions on what you can do as a user.

addons its the best way to play, and its the blessing of TESO

incomng changes to show combat logs and buffs without addos its just neccessary because of concoles only

That statement is simply untrue. Blizzard implemented many changes over the years that were originally made by addon developers (i.e., quest trackers, multiple minimap markers, among many others), and there is no reason to believe ZOS won't do the same. That's the beauty of allowing free addon development among the community for any game developer. They not only see what the community really wants added to the game, but they also get free labor as original source code material.

So if it's consoles...my suggestion is for the guild leader to block those players on a friends list of the console.
If an issue arrives to where you will need to blacklist a player, that player would likely not be someone that you would want to encounter outside of the game as well.

Anything else to me seems like the wrong reasoning to kick someone.
That's my suggestion for consoles as a guild leader (small guild of course)
