ESO Plus and Server Issues

For those of us who have not been able to log in due to the Error Code 315 (3:3:429:0) that has been preventing us from logging on all weekend, will those of us who have ESO PLUS be compensated for the three days we couldn't play due to the error?

It's quite unfortunate that you experienced this. I had no log in issues, myself, but compensation? Really? At any rate, you're better off submitting a ticket than waiting for an official to respond. You're much more likely to get a response and a lot quicker as well.

I already have

it's more of a principe that I'm doing this. If they expect me to pay a monthly fee of any kind, I assume that is a contract to use their services. When I cannot access their subscribed services, that is a breach in contract.

There was no contract, except that you purchased an additional service and, although you couldn't log in, the service was still technically active. If, and this is a big if, this was more of a wide spread issue effecting several platforms and more on a national or global scale, you may except to hear from ZOS about potential compensation, usually in the form of digital goods (such as Crowns, in-game item, discounts, etc), however.

In most cases, there will be no compensation.

Interesting... I'm going to reconsider my ESO Plus membership then. It seems one sided. If I am being held to a high level of accountability and integrity, I expect the same, not some compendious TOS that takes all liabilities and responsibilities away from Zenimax.

I hear ya and it doe suck. Unfortunately, you'll find this to be the same with most companies/organizations. I won't name any specifically here, but it's common practice to help protect their end. No one company can guarantee 100% up-time on anything.
