Hi, I've been thinking about this for some time now. See, I've been playing ESO since the beta days on Mac. And since have been playing it on console (PlayStation 4), and have been noticing that us (console players) tend to be stragglers to the PC/Mac community. Here, allow me to explain. The PC/Mac maintenance is kept regular, and done in order to make sure its severs are running at optimal performance. Meanwhile, we console players tend to receive maintenance every here and there. Why is this? Why can we not receive a regular schedule for our server's maintenance? Or perhaps the patching of bugs/exploits. They're done incredibly fast for the PC/Mac users, but not so much on console. Why is that? And no, I'm not trying to spark a "Console VS. PC/Mac Flame War". I'm simply wondering what the issue is, and hopefully can get a detailed answer from a moderator. Because it's clear that the support console gets is WAAAAY different than the support given to those on a PC/Mac, and that's not right. We sat there, and we paid our hard-earned money to Zenimax. As did the PC/Mac users. We sat there, and some of us purchased ESO Plus. Again, just as some did for the PC/Mac version of the game. So why is it we're being mistreated this way? Elder Scrolls Online is a MMORPG that I've grown to like for some time now, and made an effort to make it apart of my daily schedule. However, this ongoing mistreatment NEEDS to cease. It's not right, and it's unfair to those who paid money to play a product that is supposed to work.
