Warning I take no responsibility should something go wrong with this process...Do this at your own Risk

This is what worked for me to fix my issues and everything has been working fine since I did what I wrote below. Also make sure you read every step before doing anything. Print this out if you need to in order to follow everything step by step.

So I hear a lot of people complain that they upgraded to Windows 10 and are now having graphics issues. You NEED to completely uninstall the Graphics drivers from your computer and reinstall them.

Open a web browser and first go to http://www.geforce.com/drivers and download the drivers you need directly from NVIDIA or the manufaturer of your card. I recommend downloading it to either you Desktop or you Downloads Folder either way don't forget where you save it because you are going to need it.

If you don't know what model of Nvidia card you have Right click the bottom left had corner of the windows desktop screen and choose Device Manager the open Display Adapters that should show you the model of the card you have so you can manually download the correct driver. Do not do anything else under Device Manager unless you know what you are doing or you can cause worse issues.

The best way to do this for Nvidia is to right click in the bottom left corner of your screen and open Control Panel. Then you will see Programs at the bottom of the window that opens choose Uninstall a program.

Do the following in this order to uninstall - after you restart you PC you will need to follow the instructions above to get back to Uninstall a Program to continue.

Nvidia GeForce Experience and restart computer
Uninstall Nvidia PhysX System Software and restart computer
Uninstall Nvidia Graphics Driver and restart computer
Uninstall Nvidia HD Audio Driver and restart computer

Go back into Uninstall a program you should now have no Nvidia Graphics Drivers installed and be ready to re install the Graphics Driver.

Go to where you saved the Graphics Driver when you downloaded it and click to install and follow on screen instructions.

I hope this helped you as much as it did me.

Well i gave it a shot. I tried pvp again. immediately hit 11 fps at first contact with the enemy. Pvp has been borderline unplayable since the windows 10 upgrade. Pve is doable but still getting fps dips into the teens just running through belkarth.

Check your memory usage, Windows 10 likes to keep using drivers with memory leaks and not tell you.

Also, there are some issues with VRAM usage which may or may not be getting fixed by nVidia soon. No idea if and when so the only truly tried and trusted solution is to revert back to your previous OS

This fix is more if you are having Graphical glitches and things more than FPS issues from what I know...

Additionally, make sure you download the latest possible Windows 10 driver from Nvidia *currently it's this driver*

Sometimes the website will default back to your old OS if you aren't paying close attention to the dropdown menus. Note that older drivers for other OS's will NOT work on Windows 10, you must get the Windows 10 specific driver.

I actually did this and its been working for over 24 hours with no crashing or driver failing:

    1. Install 353.62 driver. This gives you the base PhysX you need to not crash every time you try to do something.
    2. Restart computer and verify that windows doesn't overwrite with its own version of 353.62.
    3. Go here: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/Find.aspx?lang=en-us download older drivers for 8.1 32 or 64 bit depending on your setup. This might require some experimenting until you find a stable one.
    4. Download this tool from Microsoft: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3073930 (wushowhide.diagcab)
    5. Install drivers (for myself its been 344.48 on my GTX 660). You'll notice PhysX will say at the end report that a newer or more current version is installed. DO NOT restart. If you do you'll be back to 353.62 windows installed version.
    6. Run wushowhide.diagcab and check the drivers for your video card and hide them. This will prevent them from installing and eventually you'll see a notification that says "Windows could not install updates" meaning its working and not installing the updated video drivers.

If done correctly you'll end up with an older driver running on the newer required PhysX for Windows 10. This works on Windows 10 Pro. For home I'm not so sure because of the forced updates but I've seen people saying if you change your update settings to "notify me to schedule" that it doesn't instantly overwrite on Home.

I've pretty much been running fine ever since where before it would crash the driver even watching Youtube or give me random dpc_watchdog_violation blue screens.
