We are currently investigating issues some players are having on the North American Xbox megaserver. We will update as new information becomes available.
If you're aware of the server issue, why not move maintenance to today...

Really? If you guys are clearly aware console users cannot log in due to an issue on YOUR end why have you not downed the servers and fixed it? Instead of having ise create support tickets that we all know wont get answered.

I logged in all weekend and the Xbox NA was populated. The issue could be on your end, and there have been very good suggestions posted in other threads that have worked for others.

It's a TESO issue per Xbox support techs.
I have the issues many are having but if I try to log in 10-20 times I'll eventually get online but if I hit a loading screen I'll get booted.
They suggested trying to log into the EU server which has no issues until yesterday and today.
Conclusion:
The TESO servers cannot handle the multiple log-ons and are at capacity-PC (PTS)/Xbox One: NewBlacksmurf
