Won't Be Buying DLC or ESO Plus

Perhaps this will get their attention. If you won't be buying the DLC or ESO Plus due to the log-in issue and poor handling of it, please comment and/or agree.

I haven't been supporting the game with my money since I purchased it. I have been getting frequently booted from the game ever since I bought it 3 weeks ago. I feel like in that time I definitely have got $60 of play time out of the game. But it has been pretty unstable for me. I think I've only had maybe 2 or 3 long gaming session that ended due to me being done vs. being booted offline.

I was planning to buy the Imperial upgrade and this upcoming DLC and the cool looking Leopard mount they have been advertising, but I can't justify spending money on something that doesn't work.

Maybe in a couple of months when all the kinks get worked out of their system I will reconsider but as it stands now I'm with you.

cancelled sub today, the crowns from the sub were going to the dlc but looks like i'll be passing.

Had to cancel my Sub. I cant play and its as simple as that. I've been able to play 3 times in the past 2 weeks and a half. I'm not joking, its THAT bad for me. I really enjoy the game, but I cant play it and I cant support ZOS.

I have had many games I have played have this type of situation happen, but I have never seen such horrible customer service before. Automated responses (or people who try very hard to write like robots) the way this is being handled is pathetic, and insulting to me.

Canceled and will not support a team who will constantly prioritize easy cash grabs over customer needs and wants. I know this is ZOS' first mmo but you guys are showing consistent incompetence from the bottom up. It's time to restructure your leadership.

We'll see you in 5/6 weeks when IC comes out and there's a hundred threads from all of you crying about not being able to get into IC.

By December Fallout 4, Star Wars: Battlefront, and Black Ops 3 will be out so a lot of people will be abandoning ESO, especially if Zenimax can't keep the game running.

One more here i cancelled last night just one problem after another now it has been down for 48 plus hours. You would have thought that after the pc problems they would not have repeated themselves on the consoles but they have quit pc for this exact reason looks like it is time to quit console too.

I play on ps4 and have had a few issues but I'm able to log in by backing out after choosing na server and logging back in. That being said, it's not the end of the world and it is pretty bs'y. So much unnecessary rage on the boards though lol.

This is an online game. Outages, disconnects, etc are to be expected. It sucks, I know.
