Well according to the videos, people can dodge many times and fight/cc break at the same time just like in live server. And they are templars. It would be much better with nb.

I dunno. Its a bit too much imho. Every class can fight scrubs in that manner and in the group fights you played in a well attuned group (no bragging, just facts).

Especially the Ultimate is doing low damage against nirn targets + stamina builds are lacking the spell penetration. Its not that OP against enemies who now their ***.

Didnt want to break the mood tho. Keep on NB hating...and dont take it too personal, just leaving my 2 cents here.

20k WBs should not be possible, no matter how unskilled the opponent is, imho

My rant is not so much about NB, more about stamina in general. Would be a loooot better if the sharpened bug was fixed though

we can agree on that. but again, thats not a nb problem.

Well nothing really NB exclusive.. It shows how unbalanced dmg stacking compared to the average amount of health / defense is.
Dmg itself won't be different with an another class, not even if you jump out of stealth.
NBs passive increases your Wpndmg by 10%, based on your build its maybe a 300 uncrit dmg boost..

Thanks to defense being cheaper than offense you kinda need a lot of dmg to kill people before it turns into an endless fight, but dmg like this is broken.
Seriously my other NB got 19k hp and would get one hitted by your WB.

Whatever.. The balance is completely crap anyway :'(

Its nowhere near live servers :P On live I can roll around ALMOST endlessly if im not attacking / cc breaking
This is not the case on PTS unless you wanna hit like a wet noodle and are bosmer .
CC breaking forces you to block for a split second, if something hits you during that time, you can lose a stam regen tic aswell.

Imo in imperial city stamnbs better use teleport shade + cloak and roll occasionally because the permaroll is a no-go. Also they increased the cost of rally which alot of stambuilds use to heal themselves up.

Or I'm just doing it wrong

Edit: Nbs get only 15% more stam regen compared to templars on PTS. Templars also got skills that give them stam regen if I'm correct ? So no not much better.

I see what you did there.

Good vid Etaniel, if you slapped on some nirnhoned youre portraying how F'ed up balance is on live atm. Oh and stamblades are much better then other (stam)-classes, by far. Anyone trying to say otherwise is either playing a stamblade as main or delusional.

Nice video & editing, but I don't see why you had to make this a "NBs are OP" video.

You can find similar OPness (and more) in many sorc videos as well, and I'm still waiting for someone to make a good stamina DK one (most underrated class/build in game).
Templars... well, lets just say they're the best Xv1 class

Dodge rolls are broken.
Damage shields are broken.
Permablocking is broken.
Instagibbing is broken.
Nirn is broken.

I could go on.

These are not NB specific issues and I'm happy to see them fixed in the next patch (well, dmg shields are a question mark still).

Also, 10k focused aims are on the low side. If you build for bow damage, you'll easily be critting 20k+ with them

Oh, and why don't you ask @Soulac how much damage a simple DW heavy attack can deal from stealth

Lets assume the build used in the video is OP.

What I see is

Wrecking blow - Crit Rush - Rally - snipe - camo hunter( trying to showcase ''op'' stamblade burst on vamp with camo hunter...wtf)

There is also surprise attack, dual wielding have a ranged copy of it (flying blade). Cloak, asking a stamblade to not use cloak is like asking a sorc to not use shields.

''op'' burst from stealth is a rally + wrecking blow or snipe thing. ambush + surprise attack might look op aswell but every stam build can affort similar burst opener and magika sorc with 40k shields aswell.

On top of that there is many non vet/low vet players in the video. We can assume they are undergeared.

We can all say the burst from class/build XY is OP. The problem isnt the classes or the builds, the problem is the game itself. ttk since 1.6(2.0) is a myth. And you can add the free dmg buff+ healing from rally, the hardest hitting stealth opener known as wrecking blow and one of the best (might be the best) gap closer, crit rush.

So yeah, I agree the 2hands skill line is OP as puck.

Edit: You can notice the broken armor pen from maces is being exploited to spread bad information just like nirn was use to spread the bad information about magika builds damage potential in PvP

Go watch @Yuke latest video. He is an excellent player, but I don't think stam synergizes with DK quite as well as Templar, much less nightblades.

Just saw it actually, was going to edit my post but nevermind. Case in point, stam DKs can be really strong as well :P

S&B+DW is certainly one viable way of building a stam DK, but you can also make a burst focused one (just like NBs), since you've got access to the only ultimate that scales with Mighty passive for +25% damage (Leap), and Helping Hands passive actually synergizes really well with max stam/weapon dmg builds.

That's just theorycrafting though, maybe one day I'll build a stam DK (the idea really intrigues me)

Stamina Templars also have potential, but you need to find a way to avoid getting bursted down while delivering those jabs (Clouding Swarm works great). Still, I see stam templars more useful in a grp setup, not so much for 1vX or 1v1. Maybe someone will prove me wrong.
