I feel that the 2 hours is only 2-3 quests worth, as much traveling we do for the quests and picking up items for the people.
I just feel maybe increase price and make it 3 hours.

If you look online fine a grind spot you can level a lot as a low level character in certain areas, an with the scroll even faster find a buddy to buy or at least hit the grind spot together and you'll level really fast.1
