he does have a good point, it's because this is being exploited which is an issue. Farming mats is one thing, but this is exploiting an in game mechanic to get matts faster, and I'm sure this was NOT intended as other NPC's and enemies don't even spawn that fast.5 -

Obviously I'm not talking about actual mobs, pigs are considered critters, the same as chickens, bantam guar, sheep, deer... etc.1 -

It's clearly an exploit. The Respawn rate is not intended to be that fast.2 -

yes, yes they do. sure they arent in a nice barn like the pigs but i can stand in the middle and hit a pack of fast spawning skeevers in a radius where i am and continue doing this as a complete circle they have respawned

The gold farming that happened along with infinitely respawning jute in Stonefalls did a number on the economy when the game came out a year ago and guess what happened?
It all got patched.2 -

✭Just so you know, something like a quest might be triggering it. I was there a few moments ago, killed the pigs once and mostly white meat drops, plus I had to wait several minutes before they respawned. Please note, this is my starting zone since I am DC so maybe that has something to do with it.
I can say though, farms like this exist. I have a spot I can stacks of guts in no time. Instant respawns. I made a KILLING when the perfect roe went live.0 -

Im quite certain Skeevers ARENT critters and they DONT respawn at the rate that these pigs are respawning.

✭✭Since this game is becoming next to nothing BUT grinding at end game with the release of Imperial City, so plays have to farm dungeons for gear to deconstruct, maybe they should leave other methods of farming mats in the game.Far too many characters to list any more.2 -

If you are another faction in your vet zones - you get high end scraps.
So it's a bit unbalanced isn't it? AD and EP can farm superb hides and refine for legendary.
DC get almost nothing.
