Decided to try pvp on my alt when he hits 40 (he will in a few hours)
What things still effect stats while i'm battle leveled?
Mundus?
Do set items effect it, i want to know if it's worth crafting a seducer set or such for him.
Anything else effect it?

So mundus works, only the 5th piece bonus works with sets..

Calluna✭✭✭With seducers only the 5 piece bonus will do anything for you and wearing it will not increase max magicka or magicka regen. Also use reduce spell cost enchants on your jewelry instead of regen enchants as the regen enchants will do nothing.0
