Well if you're low level and a vet rank player is killing the pigs you don't get scraps. This is why the ppl who do it correctly have the lowest level ppl kill the pigs so everyone gets loot.

I'm going to be trying this tomorrow. My alt that is my master clothier just got to Glenumbra in Cadwell's Silver. Since that's a VR1 zone he should get the leather scrap drops. I've already got a couple of hundred dreugh wax so I don't think I'll do it for long but it could be good for some giggles. Can't believe they haven't fixed/nerfed this yet.

I dont see why all of you are so butthurt about this really. It is only for the best for all of us really.

Since more clothing materials will come into the game, prices might get cheaper, then people will be able to buy more powerful materials to upgrade their own gear and peform better in PvE and PvP.

The only ones suffering from this is merchants who is trying to "scam" people with overpriced items anyway.
There is no such thing as economy in this game, since most of the population seems a bit odd with the system as it is.

As long as we have such a bugged trading system as we have right now, I don't mind anything getting cheaper really.

Also you can always do this yourself. It is boring but can be rewarding as well.

This is why you don't post stuff like this on the forums. You submit a bug report in game.

No offense to anyone's but it seems like mainly people that have already done this would want it stopped .Making higher crafting meterials cheaper for casuals is now bad ? Maybe this is working as intended

LOL, anytime someone says something will "ruin the economy" on the forums, you can assume that the exact opposite is true. What these guys really mean is that they've got a nice little scam going, jacking up the prices on certain items that they just happen to have a stash of. Needless to say, they're afraid that a healthy supply of said items will cause the prices to crash. It never happens, though.

Let's assume for a moment that this does/will ruin the "economy." Even if Zenimax fixed this issue, people would simply find something else to exploit and the process would begin anew. It's people's nature. Nobody wants to EARN anything anymore. This isn't really all that different to people stealing armor/weapons in town and then deconstructing them. Over and over and over again. There really is no need to actually go looking for ore to mine, leather to harvest, or wood to chop.
