There is a problem with the XBox NA mega server

I'm creating this post because the XBox One NA Mega Server is having problems (yet again) since yesterday. Random disconnects between loading zones, unable to connect at login errors, and character load fails. As you know already from the amount of posts on this already, this is not a problem on my end. However, your failure to acknowledge or correct the issue makes me think that somehow you don't know you have a problem. My internet is fine. I can connect to the European servers just fine. Please fix your issue. If you don't know how to fix your broken servers, that's fine too, but acknowledge the issue and we'll move on to another game or do something else. Poor customer service/communication is worse than the problem itself.

    It makes no sense that the NA servers are ALWAYS encountering a problem. NA servers are the red-headed step-children of ESO. They don't care, all other servers are taken care of first.

    Fix it or cut us loose already. Always a problem with this crap.

    I guess I should be more upset with the fact that I continue to put up with it. It's a great game, but server management is HORRIFIC. The quality of game is the only thing that keeps me here.

    I'll go play another game and put my $$$ towards that. And this is EXACTLY why I do not put money into the crappy expansion and/or crowns. Once they decide to invest in proper game maintenance, then I'll be more swayed to put more of my money into the game.

    I would play on the EU server except for the fact that Crown bought items are server related only and I dont want to re-invest in another server just because us on the NA server are ignored

    Almost 24 hours since the start of the problem and not even an acknowledgment that they are aware of the problem and are working on it. Perhaps it's the annual ZOS family picnic day and they all left for the weekend with nobody minding the store? I haven't seen customer service like this since Funcom and Age of Conan. Remember them? Look how well they're doing now.

    However EU server working great, is NA not allowed to play???

    Hey Muttons, glad to see you're back man, sucks this has to happen when you come back, am I right? Anyway, I am agreeing with you 100%...last night I could not login without a "Unable to connect to game server" message and when I could connect, I'd get disconnected again when I tried to use a way shrine...and now today I can't even get logged in...guess we won't be having our guild's free for all bite event today...-_-

    Yeah getting the same messages. Then if I do get in I get kicked after a few minutes. This is all the North American server. If I log over the the European I can play just fine no issues.

    I've been using my phone's hotspot and have had no troubles since except for a couple crashes to dashboard.

    Yup. I can't load my characters sometimes, and get disconnected at load screens. No matter what character I use on the NA server, I can't seem to stay online. Tried the EU server last night...works fine. The below screen is what I keep getting. I have reset my console and my router/modem, everything is fine on my end. Please fix it...it was working great all last week and before.

    Some improvement atm - have been able to use wayshrines, and fast travel. Have NOT tried any dungeons etc. Still some lag, oh, havent tried logging into my other chars, but can travel --- sad tho --- maps are so empty compared to what I typically see
