I'm creating this post because the XBox One NA Mega Server is having problems (yet again) since yesterday. Random disconnects between loading zones, unable to connect at login errors, and character load fails. As you know already from the amount of posts on this already, this is not a problem on my end. However, your failure to acknowledge or correct the issue makes me think that somehow you don't know you have a problem. My internet is fine. I can connect to the European servers just fine. Please fix your issue. If you don't know how to fix your broken servers, that's fine too, but acknowledge the issue and we'll move on to another game or do something else. Poor customer service/communication is worse than the problem itself.
