I can't use my imperial stuff that I paid for

I bought the imperial edition of the game but its not letting me use any of the stuff like I don't have it. I have emailed u guys and sent a picture as proof please help me.

However, I think the technical support will be more efficient to help you than us.

Can you give more information ? Where did you buy this key ? Maybe it's one of the "stolen" key from steam, they were blocked some month ago. Did you get in touch with the store which sold you this key ?

Hey there, @inuysha74. Can you be more specific? Are you unable to create a new character as an Imperial? Do you not see the horse and pet in your Collections Menu? I bought the imperial edition and I started the game. So now it's like I never bought the imperial edition at all and all I want is what I paid for . the imperial edition

Hello,

When I got the adventure pack it didn't work for me until I exited the game, went into my notifications and got the option to launch the game from the adventure pack notification. From that point onwards that worked and continues to work when the game is loaded up as normal.

Let's hope that works for the Imperial edition as well.
