No crowns with subscription

My auto renew renewed my subscription on the 10th of this month. I waited around 6 days and still no crowns so decided to contact support. The first reply I got back was a generic it can wait 48 hours to get them, I obviously at this point had waited a lot longer than 48 hours, so replied to the email. For the second time in a row I get a generic email saying this time to contact Microsoft. I do that and Microsoft tell me it's a zenimax issue, contact zenimax and again I am told it's a Microsoft issue.
This time I decide to phone Microsoft and a very polite women tells me how this is definitely not a Microsoft issue and all she can do is offer me a refund. I decided to take the refund and at this point I get an email saying my eso has run out. I check in game and it says I am no longer a plus member. So I think cool, I'll subscribe from fresh and I will get my crowns this time. That was Friday and I have still not received the crowns. Contacted support again yesterday and still no reply yet. This is getting beyond a joke now.

Can anyone please address this

    Don't sub for ESO plus.
    Lots of us have had the same issue. Some are being charged and some aren't but the crowns aren't coming on renewals.

    My suggestion, buy ESO Plus, wait a day, then cancel the renewal.
    Let it expire, wait a day or two and then sign up again and hope you get the crowns.

    Zenimax is who finally provided me with crowns and not Xbox support but I sent around 40 emails to Zenimax and went back n forth with them u too they finally felt like getting around to it.

    Bad experiences...lesson learned. Zenimax has very poor customer support right now. Maybe overworked and underpaid or they just don't care and no fear of being fired.

    They do what they want and seem to not be held accountable

    Thanks for that man.. Have to admit, customer support is definitely at it's worst now.
    They used to get back to you quite quick but so far ice not heard anything in 2 days

    Issue is resolved! Emailed again today and this time I got an assistant called Clarice instantly escalated it to Billing and Technical Support Specialists, less than an hour later I had an email from a guy called Stephen who informed me the crowns had been credited to my account, which they have been.

    Even though it's taken a few week to resolve, I was very impressed with the assistants I got today as they dealt with it very quickly

    I had cancelled my sub and re subscribed this month (a few weeks after my last one expired) but the crowns didn't get put into my account either.

    Sorry to say I'm in the same boat, billed on July 18th and still no crowns. I wonder how reversing the credit card charge will work with Microsoft, we are in fact not receiving the product.

    I'm dealing with the same thing right now. After several emails back and forth with support the issue is still not resolved. The worst part is they seem to act like I'm trying to rip them off or something. I just want what I paid for.

    Dealing with the same here, I'd rather not wait a week or two to resolve as I have this week off work and am back in work next week.

    I have a ticket submitted but so far have only had a cut and pasted stock replies, as with others I don't feel it too much to get what I paid for and if others are being made to fight for weeks and 40 emails to get them it doesn't fill me with hope (especially with a major DLC which I can pay in crown I might not get on time comes out soon) and isn't fair on those people.

    I feel like I should probably have listened to my better judgment and the tons of people here and Facebook before I signed up.

    Will the DLC next month be available to pay real money for in the Xbox store? As I'm not sure I want to buy crowns in order to get it.

    I did receive a response from support but it was the normal blanket response. I was also told the following by the support team.

    - You purchased an ESO subscription on 7/3 and another on 7/7

    This is not the case; I'm then told to wait until August 25th and see if I get the crowns. If I wait until the 25th I would then be two months behind.

    - I also emailed support my entire billing history and hope this gets resolved soon.

    NOTE: I will not be waiting until I get billed again for a product which has not been received.

    If I were you Grimm I wouldn't be getting billed again I'd get cancelling, that is disgraceful treatment.

    I do hope the English date format isn't confusing Zenimax.

    Im going through that hell right now. Its been about a week and 15 emails all sent by different people asking for the same proof that I purchased the subscription. Last time I heard back from anyone was on Sunday. This is seriously one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Definitely won't be renewing the subscription and just might be done with the game altogether.

    The exact same thing is happening to me. I have emailed support and the latest reply is that I shouldn't have the crowns as Microsoft refunded me????

    I have never had a refund from Microsoft or Zenimax so I don't understand how that can even be a reason?

    I so have the subscription and xp bonus so something is definitely wrong somewhere with regards to depositing the crowns into ESO plus accounts.

    Anyone had any luck getting the crowns or Is a charge back the only option?

    Is anyone in Zenimax able to help me as I keep getting the most ridiculous replies from "support".

    I subbed at the end of June and cancelled the reoccurring sub in July as I would be away at the end of July.

    Came home in August and double checked and no ESO plus buff on the account so ressubed on the 2nd August.

    Received the buff and shows I have ESO plus but no sign of the crowns.


    Can somebody please forward my case to billing to manually add the crowns as support are slowly draining the life from me.

    This is not a consistent bad behavior. I have got my crowns each month I have been ESO plus on time. (Knock on wood).
