Zenimax is who finally provided me with crowns and not Xbox support but I sent around 40 emails to Zenimax and went back n forth with them u too they finally felt like getting around to it.
Bad experiences...lesson learned. Zenimax has very poor customer support right now. Maybe overworked and underpaid or they just don't care and no fear of being fired.
They do what they want and seem to not be held accountable

Im going through that hell right now. Its been about a week and 15 emails all sent by different people asking for the same proof that I purchased the subscription. Last time I heard back from anyone was on Sunday. This is seriously one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Definitely won't be renewing the subscription and just might be done with the game altogether.
