Day 07/31/2015 I purchased a month of eso more mebership paying € 12.99.
at the same time both the bank and the Microsoft sent me a message and an email to confirm the transaction and purchase. for three days I was teased by this "customer " -The Shadowed Rogue , ****** . and now I find myself writing on this forum . despite having already demonstrated the payment . The summer is ending and will soon end the vacations and have to go back to work . I hope that you move to give me back my money or attivarmi the month of exo plus membership .
I apologize for any grammar mistakes . everything is really irritating and painful .

    thanks for having deleted the post, in short I would have done it myself. it has been 5 days since I made the payment, and I do not see changes. in two days, my lawyer will provide to contact you. I would appreciate if you gave me an address of the office in Italy where my lawyer can contact you.

    I don't understand what the problem is. All you've said is that you purchased ESO plus. What's the problem? You purchased ESO plus, you got confirmation from your bank and xbox that you purchased ESO plus and that's all the information you've given. What happened that caused you to want your money back?
