Umm, guys, if the time is 8.00pm (Oslo/PAris) that's actually +1 for UK right now due to the BST shift.

Google tells me right now that it is 9.13am in the UK and 10.13 in Oslo/Paris.

That would mean the give-away starts 7.00pm BST (GMT+1) in the UK

True. It's 8:00 PM Paris time, 7:00 PM London time and 6:00 PM GMT.

Wow people start advertising their channels on forum.. Definitely more twitch/YouTube/DailyMotion ads coming after this thread. I am member of a Facbook group and it has over 22k members but no personal YouTube videos allowed, only publisher's and devs vids are allowed.

I think we'd have to disagree with what's advertising then. I was asked by Gyudan if he could give away his stuff on my stream, since we're guild mates and it would be a fun event to have with the community. I said yes, because I found it to be a great idea. I don't care about getting a lot of followers or anything like that on Twitch, I don't have any huge plans for that channel, it's just a casual, fun thing I do to hang out with others who like games. It seems like you have a very negative approach to this, and that you think I have some sort of ulterior motive other than organizing something enjoyable for everyone.

Wow, very cool of you. I'd be interested, but my EU characters are pretty much only used when the NA servers aren't available and I suspect other players could make much better use of things.

It make me very sad that @Gyudan is leaving the game, as I had great fun to play with him. Not only he is a very knowledgeable person and a skilled player, but he is also helpful, patient and generous with his guildmates. (I will still play with him though, but not in Tamriel anymore)

Some poeple leaving a game are leaving whine thread of unconstructive bitterness, answered only by some few "Can I haz your stuff". Instead My officers @Gyudan and @yngvilrundeb16_ESO aka Vaetilda organise that massive GIVE AWAY event, and I think it will be fun and pleasant for a lot of poeple.

This is a POSITIVE way of saying goodbye, when a game do not meet your expectations anymore, and a way of encouraging the players that still LOVE the game to continue to enjoy it!

I hope to see a lot of you on Twich tonight to spread good vibes and positivness!

I agree with that for sure. It sucks when good people leave the game, but if they're going to leave for whatever reason it's great to do it in a positive way like this.

It's a nice idea. I just feel the rules should have been determined long before the item lists were made. Helps keep the actual event from feeling disorganized.

Why? The only rules that are needed are @Gyudan gives whatever he wants to whomever he wants based on the people who are there and whatever his whims tell him to base it on at the time. I actually think something like this is more fair and fun if he makes it up as he goes along, because that way people won't be able to game the system, and he'll be able to give whatever he wants to whomever he feels deserves it (for whatever reason) without feeling like he's bending or breaking rules and upsetting people. Heck, I seriously hope some of the things he comes up with are along the lines of "whoever can amuse me the most with a series of emotes in the next 5 minutes gets this dreugh wax".
