What armor set would be good to craft for a heavy armor wearing healer currently V3.

Personally light armor would provide passives which aid any magicka based user, with that said.. Any set which provides the following bonus would be helpful to a healer..

    + Max magicka
    + Magicka recovery
    - Reduce magicka cost

Some good craft able sets that give bonuses to the above are.

    Seducer
    Gift of magnus

As above. Also try to put divines on as many as possible. Then use the stone which improves healing. Can't remember what it's called sorry, I'm not a healer. There is one though

I run with all heavy armor as healer and have never had issues with running out of magic, sometimes though when Iam grouped with a vampire or two in a dungeon I find myself continuously healing, pushing my magica to the edge but other then that never had any issues of running low. Ill look into those two armor sets mentioned.

Depending on your class and weapons you may have other benefits of going light armor. If you're a tank and just switching to a restoration staff for the emergency heals, then your choice of heavy armor may be understandable. Even then, many tanks still prefer medium armor.

If your primary weapon is a restoration staff and you're a templar healer, your survivability will be higher with light armor because your magicka cost and regen will be high enough that you can put magicka enchantments on your gear and you will be able to out heal any damage you receive. If you are doing dungeons and find yourself being one-hitted, then you can put attribute points into health instead of magicka. Also, if you're doing undaunted, you can try something like 5 light, 1 heavy, and 1 medium to take advantage of the undaunted passive.
