Cadwell's Silver Help?

I want to begin Cadwell's Silver in Daggerfall; however, I can't figure out how to begin the quests. I can see the list in the alamanac, but I don't know how to find wherever the quests begin. I have googled the first quest on the list, but it's not much help. Is this one of those things where I have to explore to locate the quests or am I missing an in-game option for finding them?

PC or console? The "destinations" addon will help a lot for this.

Anyways, Silver quests are at most major quest hubs in which the quest giver is usually at the entrance to the area or on the road leading up to it. Some quests require you to do a precursor quest for the next quest giver to appear however it is rare and I don't believe it to be the case here.

For beginning at Daggerfall, your first quest should be to complete the major Daggerfall quest. As soon as you awake in the house in Daggerfall, walk outside and there should be a quest giver in the middle of the square, "blood of the crescent moon" if I recall. Then follow the major quests through glenumbra

And to get to the starting point for the quest line, go to the Harborage and touch the glowing crystal near Cadwell.

Have you finished all of the main quest as well as all of Coldharbour?

If yes. Let us know what quests you have in your journal and if you have a portal in the harbortage to travel to the silver zone
