This is just a for-***-and-giggles character I made since I'm feeling the Bern. It's a good tank and secondary healer build, and also it's pretty fun pretending to save Tamriel with a thick Brooklyn accent.

Race: Imperial (If you don't have the Imperial Edition, go Bosmer I guess. That would make the closest human-looking character)

Background:
Bernie Sanders was born in Cyrodil, the son of an Imperial couple, previously settled in Skyrim, whose family was killed by a local lord for refusing to worship Talos. Bernie became involved in politics at a young age. Angered at the lowly conditions of the working peasants, Sanders became mayor of a city in northwestern Cyrodil and lifted its population out of poverty. After four successful terms, Sanders finally ventured into the capital as a Senator, serving the people for 24 years.
With the overthrow of Emperor Aquilarios by Mannimarco, Bernie knew his time for civilized voting and debate was over, and donned arms and armor to protect the working class citizens from the new servants of Molag Bush, as well as the billionaire class which sought to profit from the war. Although being an Independent warrior, Bernie though it may be best to join an Alliance caucus. He could not side with the Dunmer or Bretons, due to their feudal governments, nor could he support the Orcs, Nords, or Redguards, since they spent so much of their budget on war and not on supporting their citizens. That left the Aldmeri Dominion; the Bosmer were liberal and eco-friendly, and the Altmer showed great progress with the Queen rejecting Elven exceptionalism by accepting the Khajit into the Dominion. Sanders will fight for their victory in the Alliance War, as well as fighting the Daedric invaders.

Attributes: 40 points into Health, 9 into Magicka.

Gear: 5 Heavy, 2 Light or Full Heavy. All Health enchantments on gear, +block on jewelry, damage shield on 1h and shield, magic dmg and restore magicka on hit for resto staff

Stone: Atronarch

Style: Tank mostly, but also a secondary healer to keep your teammates from falling, and use plenty of Synergies, since Bernie represents the will of the people.

Bar 1: Social Safety Shield (1H and Shield)
Bernie fights like he votes. He looks out for his teammates and protects them from harm like he does the working class. With this bar, he will focus solely on keeping the corporatist bullies attention on him, and keeping himself alive against their onslaught.

1- Puncture (Pierce Armor) – Bernie knows how to hit the bought politicians where it hurts and get their attention. Use this to taunt and break down the defenses of your enemies.
2- Puncturing Strikes (Puncturing Sweep) – Bernie uses his holy spear to cut deep into big money interests. Upgraded to heal himself, this works great to sustain himself against powerful enemies.
3- Inner Fire (Inner Beast) – Bernie really knows how to get Fox News hosts mad, and when he gets his grassroots army behind him, that ability compounds. Use this power to get the attention of a powerful enemy, and then have your constituents use the Synergy to cause enormous fire damage to them!
4- Shield Charge (Invasion) – Bernie does not hesitate; he gets right into the presidential race, stunning everyone as he does. Same goes when fighting Daedra.
5- Defensive Posture (Defensive Stance) – Bernie knows how to take a hit more than most Senators, and his defenses will confound his lesser enemies. Use this ability to reflect spells, stun their casters, and help with blocking.
Ultimate: Soul Strike (Soul Assault) – Bernie’s message of socialist justice cuts deep into the soul. This ability will break down all of Bernie’s enemies with fiery liberalism!

Bar 2: Single-Payer Aedric Care (Restoration Staff)
Bernie can invoke the power of the Aedra to provide free health care to his teammates. In this bar, he will save his teammates from the brink of death, and hopefully with easier access to Medicare, will help them stay at high health.

1- Regeneration (Mutagen) – Bernie makes sure that the working class has consistent access to health care. This ability reflects that, with its long duration, special care for the seriously injured, and the vaccination against one harmful effect.
2- Steadfast Ward (Healing Ward) – Bernie makes sure his health care saves lives deeply in danger, so popping this ward will save a teammate from the brink of death, and get them back to good health in no time.
3- Rushed Ceremony (Breath of Life) – Bernie makes sure health care is given quickly and distributed evenly. This morph heals 2 allies as well as him, essential against hard-hitting bosses.
4- Necrotic Orb (Energy Orb) – In times of hardship, the working class needs a boost in their spirits, which is just what Bernie does, with the people and his team. This ability heals and allows allies to activate a Synergy to restore Magicka. Being a grassroots politician, the more who chip in, the more powerful the buff!
5- Restoring Aura (Radiant Aura) – A politician is nothing without strong supporters, and one won’t find any stronger supporters than Bernie’s. His aura alone buffs his teammates’ stats!
Ultimate: Rite of Passage (Remembrance) – Bernie never forgets the people he serves, and when times are tough, he breaks out the big heals, sacrificing his own well-being to channel holy energy to heal his team.
