14 hours ago I has purchased an ESO+ membership. The buff is now active which does show the purchase has come through from the XBox store, yet after I had enquired in support, I had received this in reply:

Now I understand the need for waiting for payment to clear and the offering of contact details to the XBox live support, but in a scenario where the payment and purchase has been processed and active in-game, I fail to see how contacting the XBox live support will help in an incomplete order where the 1500 crowns are not supplied with the active buff when both are in the package.
Rather frustrating after reading of people getting stuffed around in this exact fashion palming the problem through to Microsoft, only to be informed that the order has been completed and the problem is now onto Zenimax, though the same steps are covered.
