Name: Oblivion Chilli

Quality: Legendary

Level: 1

Effect: Increases Damage Output by 25%. Increases Attack Speed by 50%. Increases Movement Speed by 50%. Deals Fire Damage equivalent to 0.5% of maximum health on consumer every second, this is affected by any Fire weaknesses or resistances the consumer might have.

Duration: Duration lasts 30 Minutes

Ingredients: Red Meat, Tomato, Seasoning, Inferno Chilli

The Inferno Chilli can only be found by slaying a plant-related boss.

The Recipe for this food is obtained in parts via the same method as the Psijic Ambrosia recipe, though the full recipe can be obtained as a possible quest reward, provided the player makes the right choices.

There are so many recipes in this game, but no chilli recipes, ice cream recipes, and no cookie recipes (RAISINS DON'T COUNT!!!). I just think there should be more than there already is.

I can see why you would want to implement something like this, as the benefits would be good.

But. With the current builds and how certain things can be slightly OP, the use of this in PVP buy some of the high CP guys might annoy some people slightly ...

I just think that an obscenely hot chilli would be the kind of thing to make someone go berserk. If there's going to be a chilli recipe (which there should be) then it should reflect that.

The fire damage could be increased for the sake of balancing it more (making it more high-rish/high-reward).

I also think that the chilli should make the character eating it appear "on-fire". Purely as a visual effect.

I think first they need to have the trait that increases weapon attack speed actually work.
Due to a typo in the system, the area was accosted by the Daedric Prince Moar Lag Brawls.
