They are reverting their decision to increase bosmer stam and altmer magicka regen. It's truly a wonder why ZOS thought buffing two of the strongest races even further was a good idea when some races are still garbage, but that's ZOS for you.
Well I wish I new where these new changes are posted, because if they aren't in the patch notes on the PTS forum then why bother even having patch notes.

Is there any talk of them redesigning passives such as the potion passive or even the healing received passive?
I just keep getting more and more disheartened because after this this update they probably won't revisit the issue.

They've said several times that this is a round of "minor tweaks" to racial passives before they do a larger revisit ahead of implementing race change in the Crown Store. Who knows if that is still the plan, or what they may change. But yea, we need to keep the pressure up because things do change quite a bit during PTS testing, so if we keep making noise they might hear us and make further changes before this update goes live.

Dunmer can be used as a pretty good Templar magika build due to the dawns wrath skill line, if im not mistaken the DK only has one skill line that's fire based damage too.Agreed, still wish they would add better diverse racial passives, The dunmer fire dam is just for DK magicka builds, and Argonians are still not getting buffed like bosmer and nords from 3% to 6%, as well as having a mostly useless first racial skill.

templar have very few fire based atks, and dk have more 1 skill tree line as fire dmg, but doesnt matter, whats matters is that if i want to be a stamina NB or Sorc and be warrior style, dunmer has nothing for those just 6% stamina and 2 other racials useless! every other race even with weaker racials have skills that are used for everyclass and style, so in the end if you are dunmer either you go fire mage either stay home!
