Alik'r Tava's Blessing help

I'm only VR5 so i'm not far enough through cadwell's gold to have been directed to Alik'r yet, but I'm trying to get the Tava's blessing quest.

I've completed Bergama, Salas en, and pretty much every surrounding area except for Satakalaam.

I started a questline for Tu'whacca's throne but it ended in a dead end, without me 'finishing' the area.

Anyone have experience with this or know which way to point me?

    You need to make sure Tu'whacca's Throne is finished before you can do Tava's Blessing, and you need to make sure Sentinel is finished before you can do Tu'whacca's Throne through to completion.

    See UESP: Alik'r Desert Quests. In this zone, the Cadwell quests 20px-ON-icon-cadwell-Almanac.png have to be done in order.
