So you will have to play with a 2 hander and Momentum (Morph Rally) for any kind of sustain. I know... using a 2 hand suck's as a rogue type player and i have to deal with it as well. I'm also a Nightblade who mostly pvp's (V14).
If you want to go magicka, your best not using a bow because all of the skill's are stam based. You could however use the skill Grim Power which produce's a Spectral Bow every once in a while.
Magicka Nightblade's in my opinion are being hugely over hyped for their next patch potential. They defiantly get better, however none of the pts change's are set in stone so it's still hard to say. I would say Stam and Magicka NB's are still pretty even.
If you want to go Magicka Nightblade, you should pick up DW/Resto Staff. Utilizing Class Magicka abilities with dw then Resto abilities.
This is what i do below as a Stam Nightblade. What gear i use:.
-Hunding Rage 5 set (Using both hunding rage weapon's)[All divine]
-Hawk Eye 4 Set (pants,2 ring's,hand's)
-Morang Tong 2 Set (Head,Neck-[fire resist enchant])
-Warrior Mundus Stone
My skill loadout:
2H: Dark Cloak, Mass Hysteria, Surprise Attack, Ambush, Rally, Clouding Swarm
Bow: Relentless Focus, Camo Hunter, Double Take, Piercing Mark, Venom Arrow, Flawless Dawnbreaker
-Why Clouding Swarm? I don't use Engine Guardian for Sustain so i can at least use this to survive and heal with Rally. I will have more Weapon damage because i don't use Engine Guardian though.
-Piercing mark is a must have because it make's fighting other nightblade's as well as tanky player's easier.
-Venom Arrow is nice to interrupt player's once you know what to look for.
This build relies heavily on stealth. Using Dark Cloak and going in with a 2h heavy attack. Play smart and you should do fine 1v1 or even 1vX.

Once imperial city DLC come's out, Nb's will be able to use Dual Wield because Vigor is getting reduced to level 5 in the assault tree for easy access.
I still suggest using 2h if you plan on using a bow. The DW tree has it's own long range ability (Hidden Blade/Flying Blade) So you don't really need it.
I will be switching to DW/DW once the DLC come's out.

For CP i think everyone really does the same. (For a stam Build)
-Ritual Mighty
-Lover Mooncalf
-Lady Elemental Defender (This is because im a Vampire) If you are not one, im guessing Steed Medium Armour Focus.
There are pretty much polar opposite's for Magicka build's as above, so you would just take those instead.

I'm no expert but i like to pass off what i think work's. I've had ton's of fun with my stam nb.
You should defiantly look into some popular you tuber's with magicka nightblade's who i think have had great success. Kingrichard or Deltia.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9ee-QjrAq3U - king richard

destro-resto for pvp?? is better than destro/dw I guess? because of the healing?

You will have less spell power though. If you go dual wield swords you can get a higher spell power/damage but you will have to get up close i.e. concealed weapon, teleport strike, cloak etc. You could put funnel health for a ranged option but it's not a heavy hitter by itself. Just depends on the style that you want to play.
