Sometimes it has to yield to MMO gameplay. Is it part of the lore that Imperials are born with a passive ability to regenerate their health lol? ✭Orcs had a starting bonus to the smithing/armorer skill and the use of heavy armor in previous TES games, starting from Morrowind where they were first made a playable race. In ESO, Orcs level up their heavy armor skill slightly faster, but they have no bonus to blacksmithing.
