LOL no what you want is someone else to lose. It is fair, you can recruit like anyone else. Build your guild and compete.

Right. Because the PC players who moved over with their high end game items and made a boatload of money while other guilds were just starting. Now those other guilds have to get money from some other source while the PC players continue to make money from the traders they now have.

    Fair indeed.
Actually its the worst system I have seen in an mmo.

Yeah. Of all the ways they could have "compensated" the people that bought the PC version while waiting for the delayed console version, they chose to give them basically everything while the rest were starting from scratch in a fresh start of the game.

The gold and items that we PC transfers brought over with us was stuff that we EARNED playing on the PC, thank you very much. Why should we be stripped of it just because you didn't want to play on the PC? Anytime you join a MMO, there are going to be people at the top with more gold and XP, and better gear than you. It's just something you have to deal with. If it's not this way at launch, then it soon will be a few weeks later.

You started on a new game. Yes you earned that crap on the PC. But you moved to a new server. That new server did not have an economy running. You guys came in there with all your stuff and now run it. Everyone else is playing catch up.

Lol, I'm not "running" anything. All being a vet got me on the PS4 was having to wait a long time for the vet zones to get populated again. The gear and stuff I brought with me wasn't worth much either, since the new players didn't have much money to buy it and couldn't use it at their levels. I suspect that most of the early trading guilds of transfers who were going to "take over" the game were disappointed to find that they didn't have many customers.

The only real advantage that we vets had was in PvP. But I don't PvP much, so I can't say how significant even that was.

Just out of curiosity... if you bid 500,000 and you lose the bid, does it take your 500,000 anyway? The logical answer is, of course, "no"... but I just want to be certain because the wording of the title sounds like that isn't the case. Which would be insanely broken. 0_o

No one has answered my question. I'm honestly curious, now. I was sure the answer is "no", but I'm becoming less sure.

And you should have had to start fresh like the other 99% just starting the game on console.

That 99% didn't spend a year playing on the PC and earning that stuff. Why should it be a "level playing field" when we had put a LOT more work into this game already (and a lot more money too, since we PC players had to pay subs most of that time).

Ask yourself this. Let's say ZOS announces tomorrow that, with the release of Orsinium, they will be resetting every player in the game back to level 1, with 0 gold and 0 CP--so that new players coming in will have a "level playing field" going forward. Would you be cool with that? Would it be okay with you if ZOS just erased months of your hard work so that new players wouldn't have to play catch up with you? I suspect that you would be none too happy with that, no?

Wow. Your post is so full of wrong I don't even know where to start.
You played on PC. Not on CONSOLE. So of course everything you earned while playing on the PC should stay there. You should have started fresh on the CONSOLES because its a new game on a new server. By your logic any game thats on PC should carry over to a console. If I play BF4 on PC I should get everything on the xbox as soon as I start it up.

Trying to compare them resetting everything due to a new update to them releasing the game for the FIRST time on a completely new game system is messed up. That makes no sense and you know it. You are just trying to justify it. Of course thats not fair. But you didn't play the console version of the game. You played the PC one. The console was a fresh start and should have been that way for everyone.

But please. Continue to tell me how I'm wrong when I see people from the PC control the market for high end items.

Starting fresh on a new server, on a new platform, is hardly the same as new DLC being introduced or a new player starting a game that already has an established population. ZoS allowed a select few to have a head start in essentially, a new version of the game. Your argument might have more merit if console was integrated with the PC population and not separate.

    Welcome to capitalism.

If their store is ***, they won't be able to bid that high again. Get used to competition.

I've quit the game until ZoS stops acting like the community are children, and start actually listening to us.

I know everyone wants to run a guild, but sometimes it's easier and better to rely on other people's experience and join one instead.

I've been complaining about how transfers ruined the economy for the past month. Glad it's finally picking up steam(not like it matters).

There is a reason ZOS doesn't allow beta characters to transfer to the live server.

Well on one hand the PC players have been here longer and on the other the new console players should have had a fair chance. My opinion is this I've been around before beta and I didn't do the console transfer, but I thought about it.Its really isn't fair what happened on the console players end,but its not the PC players who are to blame for this they were just given the option to player where they wanted.

    Someone's a little upset.

I wouldn't call the guild vendor system"flawed," as from what I have seen it works quite well.
