You can find Copper pre-VR levels from any container; backpacks, urns, desks, wardrobes, etc. Pretty sure the same is true for Argentum. Daedric (Daedra Hearts) and Ancient Elf (Palladium) will be scarce until you hit Coldharbour or veteran zones. It's possible to deconstruct gear of those respective styles--Ancient Elf and Daedric--and get the style mats from them, however, I'd have to agree with Eleusian as far as mass farming. That being said, Dwemer ruins have by far the most concentrated number of containers per instance, way more so than any ordinary delve or public dungeon, which is why many people farm them. Dwemer mobs have a chance to drop scraps, which you can refine into frames (Dwemer style material); 10 scraps per frame. You can also loot scraps from urns and containers in Dwemer ruins.

The title of the thread may be slightly misleading, but I assure you it's relevant to your question. For EP farming I would suggest the Inner Sea Armature (Dwemer ruin) northwest of Davon's Watch. If you choose to use my farming method, be sure to keep an eye on when you enter and leave the instance! Again, keep in mind that depending on your level the loot tables for containers will change. If you @Dlevor aren't vet level yet, then don't expect to find Daedra Hearts from the Inner Sea Armature. Normally, those would be reserved for gold areas, but since you're EP, you're unlucky. There aren't any Dwemer ruins in the Aldmeri Dominion, which I'm guessing means they'd all be in your silver area (Daggerfall Covenant).

I had received a ton of copper at pre-Vet levels, but then again I've also had 7 alts with 3 hirelings each that I get mail from daily. Thanks for correcting me.
