You get the same Inspiration breaking down Glyphs an Alt of yours on your account made as breaking down Glyphs made by another player. And, you don't have to pay for all the mails back and forth.

Quite honestly, I just deconned the looted glyphs I got from the game and leveled my Enchanting that way. It was not possible before the1.5 patch, but now it is possible to keep up with a leveling character just deconning.

There is no need to level above your character, unless your making for others. Also, during leveling, I bought my Glyphs as making Green and better Glyphs was not worthwhile as I was outleveling my gear every couple of hours. It was once I was in the 40's that making the better glyphs became worthwhile as I would keep the gear for 4 or 5 levels then.

Now, I make a set of Blue Improved gear every 10 levels for my Alts once the get to about L16 or so, so Glyphs make more sense for me to make, but that is also because I have Master Crafter characters that can make stuff for free.
