Trying to get my characters planned out

I have a level 37 Khajiit Templar healer/DPS with the Altmeri Dominion that I'm committed to, but I don't have any other characters right now that I'm attached to. I'm looking to have a character in each of the three factions so that I can experience all the content the game has to offer (and get all the achievements too LOL).

I prefer the healer role and enjoy the DPS role as well, but I've found that tanking isn't my cup of tea in this game. I'm looking to a couple of different roles and don't need too many specifics.

Here is what I'm thinking of:
1) Templar healer - primarily PVE content and might be a healer in PVP content as well. Following Deltia's Omega build for inspiration.
2) Dragonknight magicka DPS/healer - primarily PVE, but would also like to be a decent PVP character as well. Following Deltia's Laceration build for inspiration.
3) Stamina DPS - primarily PVP with only as much PVE as is necessary to earn achievements and skill points. Not set on a class yet.

Of course the Templar is a done deal and will remain uninfected. I'm pretty positive that I want to make the magicka DK and will probably make it a Dunmer vampire. For the stamina DPS class, I have no clue what class to make it, but I'm very interested in making it a Bosmer werewolf (that actively plays as a werewolf for at least PVE content). I want to be strong in PVP, but don't want a super complex rotation with a ton of bar switching. I was thinking Nightblade, but wasn't sure about how hard it was to play/get use to. I'm not super interested in the Sorcerer class, but I know they are a great PVP class (not sure how well they do with stamina). I'm open to DK or Temp for this role as well.

I'm open to any and all suggestions and advice. Thank you all.

If your only reason to be making two new characters is to experience EP and DC then you should know that once you complete AD on your Khajiit Templar you will have access to EP and after you finish EP you'll be able to do DC. So you will be able to experience all three alliances on one toon. If you want to make two additional characters to simply play different classes, then for stamina dps I would recommend nightblade. The top stamina races are, not necessarily in this order, imperial, redguard, bosmer, or khajiit. Hope this helps!

I'm not sure I follow. How exactly does that work? Is it a paid faction change? Does it reset my templar to level 1 and allow me to experience everything from the beginning?

You stay at your current level, and just keep going through content on the other alliances. These are known as Veteran Zones, as they contain enemies that are scaled to levels Veteran Rank (VR) 1-10, and then Craglorn has enemies in the VR11-14 range. You do not need to pay to change faction, it is just how the story goes.

Okay. Are they the same quests that you would do in the other factions?

Yes, except that you don't get their versions of the Mage's Guild, Fighter's Guild, or Main Quest missions (because they are basically the same).

But all of the zone quests are the same as if you started out in those alliances, just scaled up.

Okay. Excellent. Thank you for clarifying that.

I know someone said to go nightblade for a stamina build. Does anyone else recommend a class?

What are some of the best weapons to use for stamina build right now or for the upcoming update?
