They care about our feedback when they need it - therefore Imperial City. They are highly active on PTS part of forums where they ask for our feedbacks and they have their own chart of things to focus on.

Yeah, its obvious they are active on PTS forums but still they are containing themselfs within IC relatead matters (while the next patch is BOTH IC AND Base game patch)

They mentioned it in ESO live iirc. They pretty much said this odds are won't change, that they did it in order to bring more skill into tanking, and only if it turned out on live to pretty much screw all tanks completely that they'd change it. They did mention they've heard the feedback, but that since PTS has gone live with the new patch they've gotten a lot more positive feedback for the change.

Yeah, the super secret positive feedback that noone but ZOS sees.

I've seen a fair share of positive feedback from the forums and the EP EU PVP community, you have to remember that a majority of the forums threads are players seeing post numbers and making kneejerk reactions rather that actual tests.
There have also been some good posts/threads with critical comments and feedback for improvements giving numbers or actual testing.
There are also hundreds of "WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA OMG WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA" threads... sadly.

Any PVPer can send a secret and not visible /feedback "i like 0 stam regen while blocking". Too bad they do this just for their own benefit so they now keep on dominating PVP as DPSes and gankers. Too bad they are selfish and ignore the fact this change hurts most PVE players.
So the fact of your "EP EU PVP community" giving this unjustified nerf a "stamp of approval" doesnt matter since their opinion is biased in order to achieve personal gains in PVP completly ignoring PVE aspect of game.

If what you said is true, that ZOS is reciving some "secret" postivite feedback about this change, it only means that even on forum or in game PVP DPSes are ganking up on tanks (both in PVE and PVP) to push trought unjustified nerf to stam regen.
Before accepting feedback about change like this, that is affecting the most PVE tanks, ZOS should really check who submitted that feedback, like check his class, build, character weapon damage, and PVP rank and see if that person should really be allowed to decide on that matter or not.
There is constructive feedback, then there are insulting patronising posts which don't help.
If your threads are being deleted OP chances are they're not meeting community standards. If you feel they're being removed wrongly you can contact ZOS about moderators. I took a bit to check your current open threads and posts and while you seem to have complaints about changes (blocking mostly) there wasn't really must constructive about it, I don't think telling ZOS to move 5000+ miles away and test his helpful.
There is a link my my signature about how to give the clearest and most useful feedback when creating threads aimed at that.

Sorry but no, I have to completely disagree, ZoS has completely ignored the Text Chat issue, people have been calmly and collectively explaining why it's bad and gave more then enough Suggestions on why Text Chat is needed on the Console Versions.
They don't ignore feedback, the Devs actually talk to people at this forum, its just that those chats might be via PM, as that is easier to do than in a thread where of course everyone would then want an answer.
Besides that, the CM´s also try to reply as often as they can - its seldom that questions remain unanswered, at least for me.
It would be nice if you guys accepted the fact, not all of the changes for the next patch are balanced or are equally viable for all players. Last patch was actually the first time every class magika focused or stamina focused were generally on par in combat, and now you are stripping that from us once more. We do not want to rely on our class defenses to play this game, even cloak sucks because it still doesnt work. You guys said that 40% of people play sorcs, yet you take advice from the majority of players, ofcourse sorcs are going to want blockers gone, those are the only people who can defend against sorcs for even a bit.
Thanks

completely wrong, they ignore feedback.
