Well, Id like to know if it will be possible to get the dlc days before release and download and just wait until 31 to be active...

    There wont be a separate download for it, everyone gets the content, you just gotta pay for access. So you'll download it the same time as everyone else, when the patch goes live.

    I don't even want to download it because im not going to buy it but still i have to download it
