Makes no difference. The same error message still appears. Even if the player is a guild member & you click on their name and select "send mail" it still says that player does not exist.ZOS_TristanK wrote: »Hey, folks. Those suggested work-arounds do not work for me.
Also in another similar thread about the email issue, an admin suggested that the issue might be related to users with spaces in their gamertags. I can report that the presence of space(s) within a gamertag is not an apparent sole cause to this issue. Out of seven users within our guild, I can send email to all but three of them. Out of these three, two have spaces within their gamertag while the other does not. Being in the same group does not help. Being online or off doesn't help.
Hopefully this info is useful to the devs ...

Very true. I have experienced the same issue.
It appears to be selective.
I can send mail to some with a space in their names & others not. Also players without the space, it can go either way, more often than not it wont send.
